- **Before Shipping:** If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

If you have a subscription with Gilu Nature, you can cancel it at any time.

- **Refunds:** Subscriptions canceled within the first 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.

For cancellations related to events, workshops, or classes hosted by Gilu Nature:  

- **Cancellation by You:** If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least **48 hours** before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.  

- **Cancellation by Us:** In the rare event that we cancel a workshop or event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

- Refunds for canceled orders or subscriptions will be processed within **7-10 business days** and credited to the original payment method.
